The Sulu State College decided to implement the HR Logix System. This system provides the Human Resource Officer, Teaching Staff, and Non-Teaching Staff fast and will all have a more streamlined and straightforward experience using this system to access their accounts. They can effortlessly access and retrieve their files using their mobile. Take, for example, the benefits and pay provided to employees. 2. As a vital component of an academe the Human Resource Office, supply management office and the record repository room may be developed to a higher degree to meet the ever changing needs of the academe by considering transferring to a wider Office with the latest IT, subject to the availability of the funds. Responding to the above recommendation, Sulu State College implemented the project HR Logix System. This system particularly provides the Human Resource Officer, Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff fast, secured and straightforward access to necessary documents stored in their own accounts using just a mobile phone. 3. In this competitive world, the College may consider establishing more national and international linkages to be able to vie with other institutions globally. Responding to the challenges of making the college globally competitive, the college have established national and international linkages with the aim of keeping the college abreast with other global institutions. 100% See Attachment Completed
4. A comprehensive Supervisory Program may be implemented to cover and include the four fold functions of instruction, research, extension and production as well as aligning to the vision of the College. Aside from the core function of instruction, the School, in collaboration with target partner Barangays. has been implementing various extension programs aimed at providing alternative learning experience to deserving proponents, such as out-ofschool youths, adults and even children whom the partner barangays deem wanting remedial instructions in reading and writing in English and Arabic and basic mathematics. In order to cater to the need of producing a comprehensive alumni directory, tracer researches have also been proposed and some are underway. In the matter of production function, a cooperative school canteen is also under consideration. 100% See Attachment Completed
5. A detailed Alumni Directory containing essential information on the career path of graduates may be developed. The School of Arts and Sciences has been compiling its own comprehensive alumni directory which contains essential information on the career of its graduates. These include, among others, addresses and employment in any agency or establishment they are connected with.
